DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. This will be either 50% for orders under £300 or 20% for order values over this.

 

CAN WE RETURN THE HIRE ITEMS DIRTY?

Yes you can, we provide a Return Dirty Service which is a percentage of the total "washable items", this will be calculated in your quotation.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR BREAK ANY ITEMS?

The total breakages will be deducted from your deposit and the balance refunded, we cannot make any deposit refund on outstanding items.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

Either Payment by bank transfer prior to delivery or cash on delivery

 

ARE ORDERS SUBJECTS TO VAT?

No, all prices are currently VAT FREE

 

CAN YOU PROVIDE A "SET UP SERVICE"?

Yes, we can provide a Set Up Service, the cost would depend on the number of covers, location etc. We would calculate this on each individual order when providing the quotation.

 

DO YOU DELIVER/COLLECT ON A SUNDAY?

We can deliver/collect on a Sunday, but this would incur a small extra "out of hours surcharge".

 

CAN YOU PROVIDE SERVICE STAFF?

Yes, through our catering company Chef Lopez Ltd

 

ARE YOU FULLY COVERED WITH ALL RELEVANT INSURANCES?

Yes, we have all relevant Public Liability Insurances up to £10,000.000
