Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a breakages / booking deposit on all orders depending on size of order, it will generally be between £50.00 – £100.00.  The deposit is fully refundable on safe return of all items.

Do you provide a delivery / collection service?

We do provide a delivery / collection service, the delivery charges can be found on our “Price List”. All delivery charges quoted assume delivery to ground floor / good access

Can we return the hire items dirty ?

Yes you can, we provide a Return Dirty Service which is a percentage of the total “washable items”, this will be calculated in your quotation.

What happens if I lose or break any items?

The total breakages will be deducted from your deposit and the balance refunded, we cannot make any deposit refund on outstanding items.

How do I pay?

Payment is strictly cash on delivery or by bank transfer prior to delivery.

Are orders subject to VAT?

No, all prices are VAT FREE

Can you provide a "Set Up Service"?

Yes, we can provide a Set Up Service, the cost would depend on the number of covers, location etc. We would calculate this on each individual order when providing the quotation, normally around £1.50 per setting.

Do you deliver / collect on a Sunday?

We can deliver / collect on a Sunday, but this would incure a small extra “out of hours surcharge”.

Can you provide service staff?

Yes we can provide very experienced Service Staff.

Are you fully covered with all relevant insurances?

Yes, we have all relevant Public Liability Insurances up to £10,000.000
