All equipment remains the property of Bash Events Ltd Catering Equipment Hire hereafter known as the owner. The owner shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any equipment.
No delivery or collection can be made for goods with a total hiring value of less than £25.00. A delivery charge may apply to selected areas.
The customer accepts responsibility for equipment and containers during the hire period and any loss or damage will be charged at the current cost of replacement. All cartons and containers must be returned in good condition. No deposit refunds can be made on outstanding equipment.
Any packaging or equipment damaged through wet or damp conditions will be charged for.
We reserve the right to amend any price quoted.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Whilst equipment is double checked before leaving our premises, customers are advised to make their own check at time of delivery, as claims for errors cannot be accepted after delivery.
An additional cleaning charge will apply if goods are returned in a condition deemed to be excessively dirty.
A minimum deposit of £20.00 is required when ordering, however, should it be necessary to cancel an order, 50% only of the deposit will be returned, providing the cancellation is not less than seven days before the date of hire.
There will be no refund on hire charges for over ordering.
Abortive journeys and waiting time for deliveries or collections will be charged for.
Bash Events Ltd (the owner) requires access to collect equipment by 12.00pm on the day following usage unless prior alternative arrangements have been made with the owner. An additional hire charge could apply if conditions not adhered to.
TERMS: Payment by cheque or cash in full on delivery. Any charges incurred by Bash Events Ltd (the owner) resulting from the non-payment of a cheque transaction will be passed on to the customer.
